Employment & Transport Support
Having the opportunity to work, study, train, or take part in meaningful activities can be an important part of living independently. Risewell Community Care helps participants develop practical skills and confidence so they can work towards their employment, education, and community participation goals.
Our support can include assistance with preparing for employment, developing everyday workplace skills, accessing training or education, attending appointments, and getting to and from workplaces or other important locations. We provide transport assistance for work, education, training, appointments, community activities, and other approved needs.
We understand that getting to work or an appointment is not always as simple as having access to a vehicle. Participants may need support with planning journeys, building confidence with travel, managing routines, or becoming more comfortable travelling to familiar locations.
Our team provides reliable and respectful assistance while encouraging participants to build their own skills and confidence wherever possible. The focus is on helping people stay connected with opportunities that are important to them and take part in everyday life.
