Personal Care & Daily Living
At Risewell Community Care, we provide practical, respectful support with everyday activities while encouraging participants to do as much as they can for themselves. We understand that everyone has different needs and preferences, so our support is shaped around the individual and their usual routines.
Our personal care and daily living support can include assistance with personal hygiene, showering, dressing, grooming, meal preparation, household tasks, and other day-to-day activities. We can also help participants develop practical life skills and become more confident with managing their daily routines. Where required, we provide ongoing and 24-hour support to help participants feel safe, comfortable, and supported in their home.
Our aim is to provide the right level of assistance without taking away a person’s independence. We work with participants, their families, and other support professionals where appropriate to make sure care is consistent, respectful, and focused on what matters most to the individual.
