Finding the right place to live is an important part of building an independent and fulfilling life. Risewell Community Care supports participants with accommodation and living arrangements that provide a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment.
We offer Supported Independent Living (SIL), shared living support, accommodation assistance, tenancy support, and short-term accommodation options. Our team can assist participants with their everyday routines while helping them develop the skills and confidence they need to manage their home life.
Support may include household routines, meal preparation, personal care, budgeting and basic life skills, maintaining a comfortable living environment, and taking part in activities within the home and local community. We understand that everyone’s living needs are different, so our approach is based on the participant’s goals, preferences, abilities, and level of support required.
Our focus is not simply on providing accommodation. We want participants to feel at home, have a sense of belonging, and have the opportunity to make choices about how they live their everyday lives.
